Your Impact: What You’ll Do
? Strengthen Generative AI Fairness
- Lead initiatives to optimize and enhance YouTube's Generative AI Fairness program, ensuring equitable experiences across the platform.
- Address inclusion challenges, bridging the gap between AI innovation and representation.
???? Oversee Cross-Team Operations
- Align stakeholders across YouTube and Google, fostering collaboration to ensure seamless execution of equity-driven initiatives.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure program success, ensuring both immediate and long-term goals are met.
???? Drive Data-Driven Decisions
- Identify key data to govern AI equity programs and empower stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Lead the design and implementation of change management strategies to meet program objectives.
???? Build Communication Excellence
- Craft optimized communication plans, including executive briefings and cross-functional updates.
- Build trust with senior leaders and key stakeholders by managing expectations and delivering strategic insights.
Who You Are: Your Superpowers
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, leading multi-disciplinary initiatives.
- Experience in product inclusion and working with Generative AI technologies.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred Skills:
- A strategic mindset with a track record of delivering equitable, data-informed solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for building trusted relationships.
