What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll lead the charge in crafting intuitive, human-centered designs that simplify complexity and elevate user experiences. Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers, you’ll guide the product development process from research to final usability reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply rigorous problem-solving principles to every challenge.
- Research emerging technologies and experiment with innovative design concepts.
- Create, test, and validate prototypes and experimental designs.
- Conduct user interviews and focus groups to shape solutions.
- Transform complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces that delight users.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Maintain a consistent design system that scales across the product lifecycle.
- Conduct usability reviews and refine designs to perfection.
About You:
You’re a natural problem-solver, endlessly curious and driven by a passion for human-centered design. You excel in collaboration, thrive on feedback, and stay ahead of design trends to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years in UX/UI design.
- BA/BS in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in A/B testing and user research methodologies.
- Experience designing for SaaS platforms in a CI/CD environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Windows GUI standards (a plus).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Information architecture and business process design.
- Supporting diverse user bases through inclusive design strategies.
- Releasing features that enhance enterprise-scale platforms.
