Your Mission:
As our IT Business Systems Manager, you’ll lead the integration and optimization of business-critical IT systems across North America. From driving ERP deployments to spearheading AI and SaaS initiatives, your role is pivotal in ensuring technology aligns with and accelerates business growth.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT roadmap for North America.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and global IT teams to prioritize projects that maximize operational efficiency.
- Align AI, SaaS, and ERP solutions with company goals to drive digital transformation.
ERP Implementation & Optimization
- Lead the deployment and enhancement of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with operational workflows.
- Identify gaps and implement improvements to enhance functionality and performance.
E-commerce & Customer Experience
- Manage and refine our e-commerce platform, ensuring an exceptional user experience that boosts customer satisfaction and sales.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align technology with business objectives.
AI & Automation Innovation
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven automation and analytics for better decision-making and efficiency.
- Work with data science teams to deliver actionable insights that enhance operations.
SaaS Integration & Vendor Management
- Oversee the selection, integration, and maintenance of SaaS applications, ensuring alignment with IT security and business needs.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain strong relationships to ensure SLAs are consistently met.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Provide opportunities for professional growth to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
Security & Compliance
- Enforce IT policies that prioritize security, data privacy, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor and mitigate risks to ensure the integrity of systems and data.
About You:
Essential Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven track record in ERP implementation and SaaS management.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, AI technologies, and business process automation.
- Ability to develop strategic IT roadmaps and align them with organizational goals.
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
Preferred Experience
- Expertise in managing IT infrastructure within multi-site operations.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001 standards and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of IT performance metrics, KPI monitoring, and reporting.
What We Offer:
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 (DOE).
