Your Mission as an AI Data Specialist
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind AI strategy and implementation—designing scalable AI architectures, leading advanced machine learning initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to revolutionize how businesses operate.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Vision & Leadership
- Define and align AI/ML/Generative AI strategies with organizational goals.
- Transform business challenges into actionable, AI-driven solutions.
- Act as a technical advisor to leadership, providing insights on trends and best practices.
Architect & Innovate
- Design and deploy end-to-end AI architectures, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Develop advanced AI models in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and more.
- Drive the integration of AI tools across cloud-native and on-premises environments.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to align technical solutions with client needs.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to pilot use cases and refine designs.
Optimize AI Operations
- Implement best practices in MLOps, LLMOps, and DevOps, ensuring seamless model deployment and management.
- Audit AI tools for continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and security.
Drive Ethical AI Practices
- Work with security and risk leaders to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
- Address challenges like data bias, adversarial samples, and model security threats.
Elevate Human Capital
- Help business stakeholders and AI product managers understand the potential of AI in building innovative solutions.
- Break down complex problems into practical, AI-enabled strategies that drive impact.
What You Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
- 6+ years of consulting experience in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in AI, LLMs, MLOps, and machine learning models.
- Experience in end-to-end application architecture design and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based AI/ML environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferred Expertise
- Advanced degrees like Master’s or PhD in AI-related disciplines.
- Certifications in AI/ML technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google).
- Experience with Generative AI, LLM productionization, and advanced data science techniques.
- Proficiency in feature engineering, supervised/unsupervised learning, and cloud-native tool integration.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $159,375 - $265,625 (based on experience and location).
