Your Mission
As the Associate Director, Technology Innovation, you'll bring your leadership, technical expertise, and passion for emerging technology to spearhead GenAI initiatives. Your work will shape how we leverage AI to solve complex challenges, drive efficiency, and deliver value to our clients and teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Innovate with GenAI: Lead the development of next-gen AI models and techniques, advancing our capabilities in analyzing and interpreting enterprise data.
- Collaborate for Impact: Unite with external partners, engineers, and cross-functional teams to discover opportunities for innovation and implement groundbreaking solutions.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Dive into the latest trends in AI, ML, and data science to keep our strategies on the leading edge.
- Prototype & Execute: Develop proof-of-concept projects and prototypes that showcase the transformative potential of Generative AI.
- Be a Thought Leader: Act as a strategic visionary, guiding AI roadmaps and shaping next-generation technology directions for the firm.
- Drive Excellence: Lead teams of developers and engineers, ensuring successful execution of complex GenAI projects that align with business goals.
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 8+ years leading SDLC projects and delivering innovative solutions.
- 5+ years specializing in AI/ML, data science, or Generative AI technologies.
- Proven success in applying AI to solve business challenges and generate measurable impact.
- Technical Expertise:
- Mastery of Python and AI tools such as Azure AI services, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of AI platforms, emerging trends, and their business applications.
- Experience building AI-driven applications, ideally with a focus on GenAI.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- A natural leader who thrives in cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in strategic thinking, mentoring, and influencing organizational priorities.
