We are seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst to join our growing Global Operations IT team in Carlsbad, California. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Machine Automation technologies, providing strategic support and system implementation for one of the industry’s most respected companies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• System Design & Development: Create system solutions that meet business requirements, align with IT architecture standards, and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and vendors to ensure quality development.

• System Implementation & Integration: Lead the implementation of new sites, processes, and system improvements, ensuring seamless integration with other applications. Configure WMS Manhattan 2010/2018 to meet business needs, and conduct thorough system testing and debugging.

• Support & Maintenance: Provide incident management and ongoing support for deployed systems. Monitor performance, perform regular maintenance, and ensure efficient operation through problem-solving and system optimization.

• Training & Development: Lead training sessions for end-users and technical staff. Develop training materials and user guides to foster knowledge transfer and system proficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or technical developer with Manhattan WMOS (2010 and 2018).
• 2-3 years of experience working with Oracle PL/SQL, including stored procedures and trigger development.
• Experience with Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Order Management systems; familiarity with QAD Precision/Trax is a plus.
• Integration technologies experience, including XML, webMethods, or Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Reporting tools expertise, such as IBM Cognos.
• 1-2 years of experience working with machine automation systems (e.g., conveyors, weigh scales, case sealers).
