Your Role: Bringing Data to Life with AI
As a key member of our Data Management Team, you’ll blend creativity with technical expertise to tackle complex challenges, enhance data quality, and optimize the outputs of Large Language Models (LLMs). With AI and innovation at your fingertips, you’ll shape the foundation of a product that transforms lives daily.
What You’ll Do
- Innovate with LLMs:
- Test and optimize LLM prompts to achieve impactful, real-world results.
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune AI model behavior and create robust training datasets.
- Define performance metrics, conduct evaluations, and refine models for peak performance.
- Optimize Data Quality:
- Ensure data integrity by reviewing, auditing, and addressing quality issues within Crunchbase’s dataset.
- Partner with external vendors to secure high-quality data labels for continuous improvement.
- Audit the work of outsource teams to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Lead with Curiosity:
- Stay at the cutting edge of AI advancements, tools, and ethical considerations.
- Share knowledge and generate clear, insightful documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft high-quality documentation.
- Analytical problem-solver who thrives both independently and in collaborative environments.
- Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT) and the technical curiosity to push their potential.
Your Experience
- 1+ years in data labeling, data management, or related fields.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills and basic knowledge of Python.
- A passion for working with data and AI to solve meaningful problems.
