Your Mission
As our AI Analyst, you will be at the heart of designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that elevate our business and tech processes. You’ll collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and business leaders to ensure AI initiatives align with Guild’s goals and add tangible value.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams—data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders—to design and implement AI solutions that tackle specific business challenges.
- Business to Tech Translator: Serve as a vital connector between technical and non-technical teams, translating AI capabilities into real-world business solutions that meet user requirements and drive results.
- Crafting Requirements: Define business problems, document them as clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and guide teams in turning them into innovative AI solutions.
- Driving Impact: Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI initiatives, collecting feedback and offering recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
- Communicating Results: Deliver impactful presentations, reports, and documentation to stakeholders, ensuring that AI projects align with business needs and achieve their full potential.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends, AI innovations, and emerging technologies to bring cutting-edge solutions to Guild Mortgage.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a dynamic AI expert who thrives at the intersection of technology and business needs. You have a passion for driving change through AI and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams to create scalable, impactful solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of data analysis experience, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML technologies (including machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Python for analysis and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in other languages like Java, R, or Scala is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn) and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Proven track record of converting business requirements into actionable user stories.
- Experience with Gherkin methodology or similar user story documentation frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to drive team collaboration and project success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a financial or mortgage industry environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools specifically used in the business process or operations space.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Leadership and mentorship experience, with a team-oriented mindset.
