What’s Your Mission?
As an SDR at Impact, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales pipeline. Your mission: to identify and connect with potential clients, uncover their unique challenges, and position Impact’s tailored solutions to meet their needs. You’ll play a critical role in building relationships, driving growth, and setting the stage for our Account Executives to close the deal.
What You’ll Do
- Champion Lead Development: Navigate leads through the sales funnel, booking 20+ meetings per month for Account Executives.
- Proactive Prospecting: Make 150+ daily dials using AI-powered dialing platforms, craft personalized outreach using intent data, and nurture leads via omnichannel engagement (emails, LinkedIn, calls).
- Build Relationships: Engage C-suite and VP-level decision-makers with insightful, value-driven messaging that speaks to business outcomes rather than technical features.
- Master the Pipeline: Analyze buying journeys and intent signals to develop tailored strategies for prospects at every stage.
- Collaborate Strategically: Work alongside sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and strategies with client needs.
- Own the CRM: Maintain meticulous data within the CRM to ensure every client interaction is tracked and managed effectively.
- Hit Your Goals: Consistently exceed monthly KPIs while driving pipeline growth.
Who You Are
You’re a high-energy, proactive go-getter who thrives in competitive environments and embraces innovation and strategy. You’re tech-savvy, customer-focused, and driven to turn every prospect interaction into an opportunity.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or related roles (preferably in tech).
- Familiarity with IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and other modern business technologies—or the ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and sales platforms like SalesLoft or Outreach.
- Strong understanding of business challenges across various industries and how to position solutions to address them.
- Experience using tools like Orum, 6Sense, or similar sales intelligence and orchestration platforms.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience crafting messages for C-suite audiences.
- A strategic thinker who focuses on business outcomes, not just relationships or technical features.
