Your Mission
As a Desktop Support Engineer (Level 2/3), you’ll be the go-to expert for deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical hardware and systems. This isn’t just about fixing issues; it’s about helping businesses stay agile, efficient, and secure in a rapidly changing world.

What You’ll Do
- Deploy and Support: Image and deploy Windows 11 devices and install peripherals (e.g., monitors, printers).
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues across various device types.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multiple IT and business teams to ensure seamless operations and tackle high-complexity challenges.
- End-User Engagement: Provide exceptional support to customers, delivering solutions with professionalism and a user-first mindset.
- Knowledge Leader: Maintain and improve knowledge management systems while contributing to troubleshooting documentation and best practices.
- Innovate for Success: Identify process improvements, implement new strategies, and develop policies that enhance efficiency.
- Technical Excellence: Support integration between desktop systems and enterprise infrastructure, ensuring alignment with global IT standards.
What Makes You Stand Out

Your Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in desktop support or IT service roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, network printing, and device management. (Google Suite experience is a bonus!)
- Customer Focus: Proven ability to deliver exceptional service with a user-first approach.
- Healthcare Industry Experience: Strongly preferred but not required.
- Collaborative Mindset: Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience.
