Your Role as IT End User Services Technician

As an IT End User Services Technician, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring the seamless operation of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for our client community. You’ll use your expertise to solve complex issues, deploy new technologies, and contribute to a positive user experience. Whether it’s imaging and installing new Windows 11 devices or resolving intricate hardware issues, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality service standards across the enterprise.


What You’ll Do

  • New Facility Support: Focus on imaging and deploying new devices (Windows 11) and installing peripherals like monitors and printers.
  • Tech Troubleshooter: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of moderate to complex hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Act as an expert for at least one device type, providing specialized support across various tech environments.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Respond to incidents and fulfill customer requests with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside other IT specialists, sharing knowledge, collaborating on projects, and providing technical support as needed.
  • Project Participation: Join exciting projects, contributing your technical knowledge and assisting with troubleshooting, deployment, and purchasing of new devices.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Ensure smooth operations by performing preventive maintenance on hardware and identifying issues that could affect user experience.
  • Smart Hands Program: Assist other IT functional areas as needed, acting as a valuable resource in various technical initiatives.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to knowledge management systems, creating valuable documentation and improving workflows for the team.

Your ability to troubleshoot, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prioritize tasks will make you a key player in our IT support community.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in the service industry with strong IT support background.
  • Education: Associate degree or technical certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, network printing, Microsoft Office, and device management.
  • Customer-Centric: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
  • Healthcare Experience: Bonus points if you have healthcare IT experience.
  • Google Suite: Familiarity with Google Suite is preferred.
