Whether you're analyzing data, implementing AI-driven solutions, or working with low-code tools, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of justice services.


Your Impact

As a Business Systems Analyst II/III, you will:

  • Collaborate with Innovators: Work alongside the Court Technology Services (CTS) Strategic Innovations group to identify and implement transformative technologies.
  • Bridge the Gap: Translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights for business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Lead AI Initiatives: Dive into the exciting world of Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI to enhance business processes and workflows.
  • Own the Process: Contribute to all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring that solutions are efficient, scalable, and impactful.
  • Streamline Operations: Lead projects that automate workflows and improve efficiency using low/no-code platforms and other innovative tools.
  • Analyze & Design: Create mockups, diagrams, and functional documents to ensure that business requirements are met with precision.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

For Business Systems Analyst II:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: At least two years in business or systems analysis, requirement gathering, and process reengineering, with one year at the Business Systems Analyst I level.
  • Desirable: Exposure to AI, Generative AI, and low-code tools.

For Business Systems Analyst III:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: At least three years in business or systems analysis, including one year at the Business Systems Analyst II level.
  • Desirable: Strong experience in SQL, Agile methodology, and software development.
