Your Impact
As a Business Systems Analyst II/III, you will:
- Collaborate with Innovators: Work alongside the Court Technology Services (CTS) Strategic Innovations group to identify and implement transformative technologies.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights for business leaders and stakeholders.
- Lead AI Initiatives: Dive into the exciting world of Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI to enhance business processes and workflows.
- Own the Process: Contribute to all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring that solutions are efficient, scalable, and impactful.
- Streamline Operations: Lead projects that automate workflows and improve efficiency using low/no-code platforms and other innovative tools.
- Analyze & Design: Create mockups, diagrams, and functional documents to ensure that business requirements are met with precision.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
For Business Systems Analyst II:
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: At least two years in business or systems analysis, requirement gathering, and process reengineering, with one year at the Business Systems Analyst I level.
- Desirable: Exposure to AI, Generative AI, and low-code tools.
For Business Systems Analyst III:
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: At least three years in business or systems analysis, including one year at the Business Systems Analyst II level.
- Desirable: Strong experience in SQL, Agile methodology, and software development.
