About the Team
Our team at Pico pushes the boundaries of AI technology in 3D vision and digital content creation. From designing immersive human face and body models to processing 3D assets, we craft innovative solutions that define next-generation experiences. If you love collaboration, innovation, and the excitement of seeing your research translate into impactful products, this is the team for you.

What You’ll Do

• Drive cutting-edge research and development in 3D vision with a focus on human face and body content creation.
• Transfer advanced research into practical applications for PICO products.
• Lead exploratory initiatives to integrate artificial intelligence into new products.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience and research in computer vision, preferably with publications in top-tier venues like CVPR, ICCV, or SIGGRAPH, and expertise in:
  • 3D face modeling, editing, and animation.
  • Explicit and implicit representations of human bodies and faces (e.g., NeRF, 3D GS, Codec Avatars).
  • Human/Face generative models.
• Advanced algorithm design skills and strong coding abilities in C/C++ and Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience optimizing complex, performance-critical systems.
• A self-starter attitude with a knack for independent problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
