What You Bring
- Academic Excellence: An MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields—or equivalent experience.
- Industry Expertise: 12+ years of experience in technology or engineering, including 7+ years in AI/ML-focused roles, particularly in eCommerce. Proven success in building recommendation engines, search algorithms, and predictive analytics.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, R, Java, and leading ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
- Visionary Leadership: A demonstrated ability to set and execute a strategic vision for AI while inspiring and guiding high-performing teams.
