???? Your Mission
As the Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth of our restaurant and events businesses. You’ll develop and implement strategic plans, lead a dynamic team, and craft unforgettable direct-to-consumer (DTC) experiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping a cohesive vision for brands, marketing, and customer engagement, ensuring long-term growth and success.


???? What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership:

  • Partner with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to design innovative menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align food, beverage, and event experiences with our long-term strategic goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices into our operations.

Operational Excellence:

  • Lead departmental activities, ensuring team performance and seamless processes.
  • Develop staffing strategies to attract, inspire, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee financial objectives, including budget creation, variance analysis, and corrective actions to achieve departmental goals.
  • Establish and maintain safety, sanitation, and operational standards.

Customer Experience Innovation:

  • Craft memorable DTC experiences by focusing on marketing, brand storytelling, and event excellence.
  • Work with the Events & Trade Manager to deliver exceptional corporate, private, and internal events.
  • Develop creative programs to grow wine club membership and enhance retention.

Team Development:

  • Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Mentor and coach your team, providing constructive feedback and recognition.

???? What You’ll Bring

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years in the hospitality/F&B industry, including 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise in restaurant operations, marketing, and contemporary casual or resort F&B management.
  • Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with POS systems, AI marketing platforms, and digital/social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of wine marketing, retail sales, and event programming.
  • Certifications: Responsible Beverage Certification (within 60 days of hire) and Food Handlers Certificate (within 30 days of hire).
