???? Your Mission
As the Technical Services Manager, you’ll guide our Project Delivery, Field Services, and Account Management teams to excellence. Your role is pivotal in aligning people, processes, and technology to meet growing business demands. By fostering team cohesion and accountability, you’ll ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and exceptional experience.


???? What You’ll Do

1. Build and Lead High-Performing Teams:

  • Mentor and develop your team with regular 1:1s, quarterly reviews, and ongoing training.
  • Set clear objectives and manage accountability using strategic goal-setting frameworks (e.g., LMA and quarterly rocks).
  • Inspire collaboration and alignment with DeepNet’s culture and core values.

2. Optimize Operations and Drive Efficiency:

  • Streamline workflows, manage scheduling, and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Oversee field operations, inventory management, and on-site client support.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance operational performance.

3. Deliver World-Class Client Experiences:

  • Act as the bridge between Account Management, Projects, and Field Services, ensuring clear communication and cohesive execution.
  • Manage client relationships, proactively addressing needs and concerns.
  • Ensure technical roadmaps, quarterly assessments, and project updates align with client goals.

4. Leverage Data for Strategic Insights:

  • Ensure accurate tracking of team activities to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare trend reports to assess resource utilization and client satisfaction.
  • Use analytics to forecast project milestones and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and managing operations in IT or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of PSA, RMM, and scheduling tools.
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills.
  • Process-driven mindset with a knack for creating scalable workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to align teams with company culture and values.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Deep understanding of IT systems, including networks, security, and hardware deployments.
  • Familiarity with regional operations and field services nuances.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or relevant certifications (a plus!).
