Salary: $98,000 - $135,000/year (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do:

As a Software Engineer at Laserfiche, you’ll:

• Innovate: Develop and test code for new and existing programs, bringing ideas to life.
• Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, project managers, and product managers.
• Integrate AI: Train and implement generative AI language models into workflows using APIs and your unique expertise.
• Problem-Solve: Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless functionality across systems.
• Own It: Write clean, maintainable code and take ownership of user stories or entire project milestones.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI and integrate them into your solutions.
• Share Knowledge: Participate in peer reviews, present work to stakeholders, and collaborate with Technical Support to resolve customer issues.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming (Python, C#, Java, or C++).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with machine learning techniques or libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• A passion for staying ahead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
