Location: Long Beach, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000/year (commensurate with experience)

Laserfiche is seeking a Data Analyst who thrives on using data to drive business decisions and uncover key insights. In this role, you’ll play an instrumental part in creating data reports, interactive dashboards, and visualizations that help our teams make smarter, data-driven decisions.

You’ll work across departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and customer engagement, shaping the future of our business transformation through your analytical prowess.

What You’ll Do:

As a Data Analyst, you’ll:

• Analyze & Visualize: Use tools like Power BI, Salesforce, and CVENT to build data visualizations and reports that tell the story behind the numbers.
• Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement insightful reporting tools that drive critical business decisions.
• Work with Data: Query and extract valuable insights from our enterprise data warehouse using SQL.
• Protect Data: Ensure all sensitive data is securely managed and protected, adhering to Laserfiche’s security protocols.
• Support Special Projects: Dive into special projects within the Business Transformation Office and help drive impactful change.

Who You Are:

We're looking for someone who’s passionate about data, problem-solving, and collaboration. You’ll excel if you:

Essential Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Have 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or building reports using platforms like Power BI, Tableau, Excel.
• Are comfortable with SQL, and have a general understanding of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
• Possess strong analytical skills, along with the ability to present data in an engaging and understandable way.
• Have excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with data mining, programming, or advanced analytics techniques.
