Location: Long Beach, CA (Hybrid: In-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday / Remote on Mondays and Fridays)
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience)

Laserfiche is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first touchpoint for potential customers, driving the growth engine of our sales team. As an SDR, you’ll fuel our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business leads through cold calls, emails, and follow-up on marketing qualified leads (MQLs). Your efforts will directly impact our Account Executives by setting them up for successful product demos and sales meetings.


What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Use cold calls, emails, and outreach to engage with potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify Prospects: Apply the SWAT criteria to assess if the lead is a good fit for our products and services.
  • Schedule Meetings: Set appointments and product demos for our Account Executives to continue the sales process.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate relationships with prospects, even those not ready to buy yet, and keep the conversation going until they’re ready to take the next step.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure we’re hitting targets.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Track and manage leads, meetings, and outreach using Salesforce to ensure a healthy and actionable sales pipeline.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) – you’ll be the voice of Laserfiche!
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay on top of numerous tasks.
  • CRM proficiency, preferably with Salesforce, and experience using sales tools to manage outreach and track progress.
  • The ability to stay motivated and keep a positive attitude even in the face of rejection.
  • A proven track record of hitting lead generation and appointment setting targets.
