Position Overview:
As a Business Systems Analyst 3 – Revenue Integrity, you will play a pivotal role in our journey toward revolutionizing the revenue cycle through automation, integrating tools like Epic, UCPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and cutting-edge AI/RPA solutions. This role involves implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing revenue cycle systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. You’ll collaborate closely with departments like Registration, HIM/Coding, Patient Financial Services, and more to refine processes and contribute to key performance metrics.

What You’ll Do:

• Revolutionize Revenue Cycle Automation: Help streamline workflows and systems to boost efficiency across our entire receivables cycle.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Use your analytical skills to develop data-driven reports and provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work alongside cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, implement solutions, and improve workflows.
• Lead Projects: Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and lead projects that optimize our revenue integrity processes.
• Ensure Compliance: Stay up to date with regulatory requirements, ensuring our processes meet all healthcare industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a hospital environment with automated patient accounting systems.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, report writing, and business office workflows.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and lead teams in project execution.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and payer rules.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, management, and external partners.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • EPIC Certification and experience with Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity, and Revenue Data Models.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science.
  • Project management experience and knowledge of UC policies.
  • Expertise in Invision Patient Accounting System and billing-related EDI formats.
