What You’ll Do:

  • Drive New Business Growth: Utilize the Challenger sales methodology to prospect, pursue, and close new business opportunities in IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Engage in in-depth discovery sessions, multi-stakeholder alignment, and executive briefings to identify key business challenges and provide impactful solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients' objectives and educate them on how our solutions can drive their success and future-proof their business.
  • Drive Innovation: Bring precision to decision-making with data-driven insights and solutions that align with client goals.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Lead executive-level presentations and build long-term relationships with decision-makers through our Business Transformation Assessment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or related fields, with proven success in consultative sales.
  • Proven track record with long sales cycles (6+ months) and complex deal structures, particularly in selling to C-suite executives.
  • Expertise in sales tools like Microsoft Dynamics, SalesLoft, 6Sense, and the ability to leverage these tools to build targeted sales strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build consensus among stakeholders and challenge the status quo.
  • A strategic mindset, focused on aligning client needs with innovative, value-driven technology solutions.
