What You’ll Do:
- Generate New Business: Proactively prospect and build relationships with potential clients, identifying decision-makers and driving them to schedule meetings with Account Executives.
- Cultivate Relationships: Engage leads through strategic phone calls, emails, and cutting-edge tools to introduce Impact's game-changing solutions.
- Achieve Targets: Hit monthly goals by setting up 20+ successful meetings and maintaining high activity levels – think 150+ dials a day!
- Master the Sales Process: Utilize AI dialing platforms and sales intelligence tools like SalesLoft and 6Sense to build efficient outreach strategies and push leads through the sales pipeline.
- Understand Business Needs: Dive deep into understanding client challenges and articulate how our solutions can solve their business problems, delivering value with every conversation.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales or lead generation experience (preferably in tech or managed services).
- Solid understanding of IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions or a strong willingness to quickly learn.
- Experience with sales tools like CRM software (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), and sales enablement platforms (SalesLoft, Outreach).
- A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
