What You Bring to the Team:
- Education:
- High School diploma or GED (required)
- Associate’s Degree in a computer-related field (preferred)
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience with hardware/software across platforms like Microsoft, Apple, and Google (preferred)
- Patience and strong communication skills for assisting users
- A genuine drive to learn and share knowledge
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
What You'll Do:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain computer workstations, printers, projectors, and other tech tools.
- Support educational technology like intelligent boards and mobile devices.
- Assist with wide area network services, including help desk support.
- Travel to districts and provide on-site support as needed.
- Keep communication lines open while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
What We Expect:
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Physical ability to handle equipment and manage various tasks (e.g., lifting up to 44 pounds).
- Availability for on-call duties and occasional extended hours.
