What You Bring to the Team:

  • Education:
    • High School diploma or GED (required)
    • Associate’s Degree in a computer-related field (preferred)
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Experience with hardware/software across platforms like Microsoft, Apple, and Google (preferred)
    • Patience and strong communication skills for assisting users
    • A genuine drive to learn and share knowledge
    • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively

What You'll Do:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain computer workstations, printers, projectors, and other tech tools.
  • Support educational technology like intelligent boards and mobile devices.
  • Assist with wide area network services, including help desk support.
  • Travel to districts and provide on-site support as needed.
  • Keep communication lines open while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

What We Expect:

  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Physical ability to handle equipment and manage various tasks (e.g., lifting up to 44 pounds).
  • Availability for on-call duties and occasional extended hours.
