What We’re Looking For:We are seeking experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about helping patients find relief from anxiety and depression. If you’re tech-savvy, collaborative, and committed to providing the best care possible, Brightside is the place for you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care via telemedicine, including prescribing medications and providing medication-related counseling.
• Ensure that all clinical practices align with state and federal regulations for prescribing and dispensing medications.
• Stay responsive, offering timely support to patients within a 72-hour messaging window.
• Collaborate with other providers and psychiatrists to offer the best possible care.
• Use our easy-to-use, AI-powered practice management tools to enhance your workflow and support patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Must be a Licensed Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP certified).
• Experience: At least 2 years of autonomous psychiatric outpatient experience.
• Telehealth Experience: Comfort working with telemedicine platforms and technology.
• State Licenses: Must be licensed in 2+ states (more states = more opportunities).
• Availability: At least 8 hours/week available for telehealth appointments.
