Your Role: Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data sources and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform statistical analysis on business data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Create dashboards, metrics, and reports to help leadership understand business performance.
• Use your expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to extract, interpret, and transform data.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design business intelligence solutions that support decision-making and data-driven strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
• Expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software.
• ERP and CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial principles and ROI analysis.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the A&E industry (architecture and engineering) is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, finance, data science, or related fields.

Ready to Start Your Journey?

Base compensation for this role is expected to be in the range of $75,000 to $90,000, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare, retirement plans, and much more.
