What You’ll Be Doing:
As an AI LLM Developer Manager, you will guide organizations through complex AI transformations, crafting scalable, secure, and high-performance AI models and solutions. You’ll lead projects from model training and fine-tuning to deployment, ensuring they meet performance goals and business objectives. You will bridge the gap between technical solutions and business strategies, explaining complex AI concepts to senior stakeholders while keeping projects aligned with organizational goals.
Your role will include:
- Leading AI projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring models are optimized, secure, and effective.
- Designing AI model architectures and AI-based solutions to meet business needs and drive strategic objectives.
- Collaborating with senior executives to explain the business value of AI solutions in clear terms.
- Defining and guiding AI model training, fine-tuning, and prompt design while ensuring alignment with broader AI strategies.
- Ensuring compliance and security in all AI models, managing AI governance and ethical implications.
- Empowering AI teams to innovate, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative work environment.
What We Need:
To be successful, we are looking for an AI expert who combines deep technical knowledge with strong consulting and leadership skills. If you have:
- 8+ years of experience in AI model development, AI transformation, and managing AI-based modernization programs.
- Expertise in model training, fine-tuning, and AI deployment.
- A background in designing scalable AI solutions and experience guiding teams through AI implementations.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A deep understanding of AI architectures, cloud AI automation, and AI security.
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring teams and overseeing AI projects within tight timelines.
