About You:
As a GenAI Application Lead, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, designing and implementing cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning solutions that solve complex, real-world challenges. Your deep expertise in AI, deep learning, natural language processing, and cloud-based AI services will drive transformative outcomes for clients, enabling them to harness the full potential of their data.
You will work alongside talented teams, helping clients across industries implement conversational AI, data-driven decision-making, and advanced analytics—all while pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design innovative AI solutions for system rollouts and enhancements, ensuring adherence to programming standards.
- Develop system specifications, create test plans, and manage projects and issues for AI-related applications.
- Engineer AI models using state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve complex problems and create new opportunities.
- Deploy AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and integration with existing systems.
- Lead the development of Conversational AI applications using cloud-based services and orchestrate a range of AI/ML services into a seamless solution.
- Stay ahead of trends in AI technologies, ensuring your solutions are innovative and impactful.
- Work with global teams, delivering AI solutions that scale across industries, driving measurable results and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
You bring a deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI technologies. If you have:
- 6+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience with AI/ML engineering, including hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Natural Language Generation (NLG).
- Expertise in cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
- Experience in building Conversational AI applications using cloud-based services.
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience; minimum 12 years if you have an Associate’s degree).
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Hands-on experience with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and chatbot technologies.
- Proven ability to orchestrate AI/ML services to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
