Ecolab is looking for an ambitious Category Manager to join our North America Sourcing Team. In this role, you’ll manage a $100+M portfolio of inorganic chemicals spend, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement procurement strategies, reduce costs, and ensure security of supply.

What You’ll Do:
- Promote the highest standards of safety, diversity, inclusion, and ethical practice across the organization.
- Identify and develop regional sourcing strategies to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and improve supply security.
- Collaborate globally with procurement peers to align on strategies and ensure consistent execution.
- Leverage market intelligence and digital tools to influence stakeholders and optimize the Total Delivered Cost (TDC).
- Design and implement best practice procurement processes and procedures to drive operational performance.
- Support sustainability initiatives that shape the future of procurement and business operations.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering growth and development.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in procurement (direct and indirect), with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills – you can clearly articulate complex ideas.
- Bachelor’s degree in purchasing, engineering, chemistry, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary range: $104,700 - $157,100, depending on experience.
- Annual bonus based on performance.
