What You'll Do:
- Develop Web Applications: Build and maintain user-friendly, highly responsive applications, with a strong focus on delivering seamless user experiences.
- Work with Cutting-Edge Tech: Leverage our tech stack—Python, Elasticsearch, Typescript, and AWS Cloud Native architecture—to design and implement robust solutions.
- Build APIs: Ensure smooth data flow and storage through the creation and maintenance of high-quality APIs.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, front-end developers, other engineers, and stakeholders to deliver results.
- Participate in Code Reviews & Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to a culture of learning and improvement through peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and paired programming.
- Ensure Application Reliability: Focus on building reliable applications, especially as we scale to accommodate increased user traffic and high-volume data processing.
- Contribute to Project Planning: Help scope, estimate, and plan upcoming features and projects.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in Web Development, particularly with our tech stack: Python, Elasticsearch, Typescript, and AWS Cloud Native architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services, especially in the AWS ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Secure coding practices and a passion for building scalable, reliable systems.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in the healthcare domain.
- Familiarity with web applications that handle large-scale data or experience with high-traffic systems.
- Kotlin/Java experience.
- Background in real-time data processing.
- Prior experience working remotely.
