As a Gen AI Specialist, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge AI chatbots, building proof-of-concept (POC) solutions, and ensuring that these innovations are scalable and repeatable for use by internal teams. What You’ll Do:

• Develop GenAI Chatbots: Lead the creation and development of GenAI-powered chatbots that provide seamless, intelligent responses for internal employees accessing company knowledge.
• Create Scalable POCs: Design and build full-proof POCs from scratch, ensuring the solution is both innovative and functional for internal use.
• Security Trimming: Implement security trimming measures to ensure the chatbots access only the relevant data, safeguarding internal information.
• Repeatable Process Creation: Establish a repeatable framework for future AI chatbot development that enables internal teams to build upon your work easily and efficiently.
• Integration and Automation: Work on the integration of chatbot solutions into the company’s internal knowledge systems, ensuring smooth operation and automation of internal processes.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven GenAI Chatbot Development: Hands-on experience building GenAI-powered chatbots from the ground up.
• Expert in Microsoft AI: Strong proficiency with Microsoft AI technologies (preferred) – including Azure Cognitive Services, LUIS, and Power Virtual Agents.
• OpenAI Expertise: Familiarity with OpenAI tools, including GPT-3.5+, for generating sophisticated AI solutions.
• Deep Understanding of GPT: Experience working with GPT-3.5+ to design, deploy, and refine intelligent chatbot solutions.
• Strong Azure Experience: Extensive experience with the Azure suite, specifically related to AI services, machine learning, and cloud-based solutions.
