As an Advanced AI Research Engineer, you will be at the forefront of AI technology, conducting groundbreaking research and translating it into scalable, production-ready AI systems. You’ll work on high-impact projects with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to create AI models that solve some of the most challenging and exciting problems today.
What You’ll Do:
Development & Implementation:
- Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI models and systems using the latest advancements in research.
- Translate research prototypes into scalable, production-ready code that will drive real-world business innovation.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, reliability, and scalability in diverse environments.
Deployment & Integration:
- Seamlessly integrate AI systems into existing workflows, ensuring the smooth deployment of models into production.
- Collaborate with software engineers to resolve integration challenges, ensuring the models function seamlessly across platforms.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work cross-functionally with teams across Accenture to align AI innovations with client business objectives.
- Provide guidance on best practices for AI model development and deployment, helping teams overcome technical challenges.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, accessible way.
Research & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and applying the latest in AI, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Conduct experiments to validate model performance and continuously improve AI systems based on real-world feedback.
- Contribute to innovative AI solutions and develop new methodologies that can be used across various industries.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent 12+ years of work experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with programming languages like Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI technologies, including frameworks such as Pytorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven ability to deploy and optimize AI models and solutions for real-world applications.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with advanced AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience conducting AI research and publishing findings in top-tier journals or conferences.
