As a Consultant, you will help shape the future of businesses by leveraging digital transformation to enhance performance, streamline operations, and create lasting success.

What You’ll Do:

Client Engagement & Strategy:

• Work closely with clients to identify and develop transformation roadmaps that address business needs through AI and digital solutions.
• Lead workshops and strategy design sessions to help clients achieve their digital transformation goals.
• Collaborate with clients to implement cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

Project Management & Execution:

• Partner with client teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and complete complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Oversee the configuration, testing, debugging, and deployment of AI and digital solutions.
• Take ownership of engagements, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and measurable business improvements.

Innovation & Problem Solving:

• Identify and implement innovative technologies to solve client challenges and enhance their business capabilities.
• Use your analytical skills to assess client processes, develop solutions, and ensure they achieve optimal performance and ROI.
• Act as a subject matter expert to experiment with new digitization tools and AI solutions to further elevate client projects.

Building Relationships:

• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and value.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and leadership teams, ensuring that all business requirements are captured and solutions are aligned with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in consulting or professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest and experience in using technology to drive business process optimization and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to develop and present executive-level strategies, roadmaps, and business requirements.
• Excellent communication and business writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with aggressive timelines and client needs.
• Familiarity with the accounting and tax industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with third-party tax systems (e.g., ONESOURCE, CCH, Vertex, Avalara, etc.).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies.
• Experience with onshore/offshore teams and working in global project environments.
• Strong understanding of how technologies like AI, RPA, and ServiceNow can enhance service delivery.
