As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll play a critical role in building advanced AI solutions that address complex business challenges for leading organizations across industries. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, with opportunities to collaborate with a talented, interdisciplinary team of professionals.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead product advocacy by engaging with internal customers and conducting demos for prospective clients.
  • Apply AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques to develop actionable solutions for business problems.
  • Develop, maintain, and deploy analytics software that powers AI-driven decision-making across various industries.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, including analytics, consulting, and research, to bring new tools and models to market.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and differentiators for our solutions.
  • Drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and contributing to impactful, cutting-edge projects.

What You’ll Need:

  • A BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another analytical field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Data Scientist working with large datasets and applying AI/ML algorithms.
  • At least 1-2 AI projects (internal or external) using Generative AI.
  • Strong experience with Python/R and proficiency in C#, Scala, or Spark is a plus.
  • A deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, fine-tuning techniques, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in machine learning/deep learning algorithms, especially with structured and unstructured data.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge behind AI/ML algorithms.
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and libraries like Stanford NLTK.
  • Strong skills in SQL and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau are a plus.
  • Familiarity with automated ML tools (e.g., Dataiku, DataRobot, H20.AI) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% depending on project needs.

Compensation:

  • A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is between $85,000 - $200,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
