Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Preparation: Collect, cleanse, and preprocess raw data from a variety of sources to ensure accurate and consistent datasets ready for in-depth analysis.
  • Scalable Solutions: Design and implement data science solutions using machine learning and generative AI technologies deployed on cloud platforms. Develop efficient and scalable models.
  • Feature Engineering: Identify and engineer relevant features that improve the accuracy and performance of both regression and classification models.
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze operational and sensor data to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships, particularly focusing on time series analysis and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, business analysts, and product managers, to deliver actionable, data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  • Drive Data Innovation: Build upon and enhance our existing data science portfolio, driving continuous improvements and innovations to deliver better insights and results.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay current with industry trends and new developments in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data science technologies to continuously improve processes and contribute to team innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in developing data science products, with a track record of delivering successful, impactful projects.
  • Machine Learning Expertise: Strong knowledge of various machine learning technologies, and the ability to select and implement the most effective techniques for different tasks.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience working with databases such as SQL, MySQL, or KQL.
  • Cloud Computing: Expertise in cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and leveraging their capabilities for data science tasks.
  • Sensor Data & Time Series: Experience in analyzing and visualizing sensor data, especially time series data, is highly valued.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Strong ability to manage stakeholders and clearly communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex, multidisciplinary challenges.
  • CI/CD Familiarity: Knowledge of CI/CD processes and a drive to improve efficiency through iterative development practices.
  • Deployment Expertise: Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications, as well as deployment processes.
