Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a dynamic PC AI Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help businesses unlock the full potential of Private Cloud AI (PCAI). As an expert in AI platforms and Generative AI, you’ll lead key customer engagements, positioning HPE as the partner of choice for next-gen AI solutions.

About the Role:

As a PC AI Sales Specialist, you will leverage your deep expertise in AI technologies to drive customer adoption of HPE’s Private Cloud AI solutions. You’ll engage with C-level executives, AI leaders, and technical stakeholders, guiding them through the benefits of HPE’s cloud AI offering. Your role is pivotal in identifying and developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships, ensuring clients achieve their AI-driven business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and close new business by identifying opportunities for PCAI sales, expanding existing accounts, and collaborating with account managers.
  • Lead AI discussions with customers, aligning HPE’s solutions with their AI needs, from technical use cases to strategic business outcomes.
  • Understand market trends and customer needs, positioning HPE’s Private Cloud AI solutions against competitors, especially Hyperscalers.
  • Engage with all AI personas: technical (e.g., CDO, MLOps, Data Scientists), business (e.g., CEO, CTO), and ITDMs (e.g., CIO).
  • Orchestrate complex sales cycles, from initial AI conversations to closing deals, involving technical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams, working with account managers, channel partners, and internal experts to craft tailored solutions for clients.
  • Leverage market data (Propensity To Buy) to prioritize and target high-value opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HPE’s AI offerings and competitor products to effectively position PCAI.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving quotas in complex, technical sales environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including Private Cloud AI, Generative AI, and relevant AI platforms and hardware (HW & SW).
  • Experience in selling hybrid cloud solutions and AI-driven platforms.
  • Ability to engage at all levels of an organization, from C-suite executives to technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value deals.
  • Salesforce CRM expertise for deal tracking, forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Natural curiosity, high EQ, and a growth mindset to continuously improve your sales approach and understand customer needs.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
