As we continue to lead in this space, we need a Workplace Strategist to bring analytical excellence to the forefront of our solutions.

About You:

You’re a dynamic and experienced Workplace Strategist who thrives on research, analytics, and data-driven insights. With your expertise in workplace tools, reporting, and data collection, you’ll empower clients with quantitatively defensible decisions that shape the future of their workplace. Whether it’s creating advanced visualization dashboards or developing space optimization models, you’ll be the catalyst for change, bringing actionable insights to life.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the execution of workplace strategy client engagements, focusing on quantitative analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze client data and translate insights into workplace strategy recommendations that drive business success.
  • Develop and continuously improve analytical tools, including visualization dashboards and space planning calculators.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, staying current on emerging workplace trends and employee experience innovations.
  • Craft compelling presentations that simplify complex data, presenting actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead efforts to benchmark industry practices and develop best practice guidance on data visualization and workplace solutions.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Workplace Strategy, research, analytics, or a related discipline.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookups, macros, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • Strong expertise in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience crafting workplace tools like utilization trackers, space optimization models, and workplace analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
