Executive Partner - Data & Analytics Advisor

Job Description:

As an Executive Partner with Gartner, you will leverage your deep expertise in Data & Analytics to advise and guide Chief Data Officers and other top executives at Fortune 100 organizations. You’ll manage a portfolio of 25-30 clients, building strong, impactful relationships and delivering strategic value through a mix of briefings, workshops, roundtables, and webinars. You will be the trusted advisor for your clients, coaching them through critical initiatives and helping them overcome the toughest obstacles in the Data & Analytics space.

What You’ll Do:

  • Client Engagement: Use your experience as a practitioner to advise and mentor clients, focusing on data optimization, enterprise-wide data strategies, AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and more.
  • Lead Strategic Conversations: Deliver regular value-driven briefings and workshops, utilizing Gartner’s research to help clients navigate data-driven decisions and tackle future challenges.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, analysts, and client support, to ensure exceptional value is delivered to clients.
  • Executive Presence: Build trust and deliver high-level insights in client meetings, contributing directly to member retention and regional growth.
  • Travel: While this is a primarily remote role, occasional client and internal travel will be required.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 15+ years of experience in executive leadership roles in Data & Analytics, such as CDO, CAO, Data Scientist, VP/Sr. VP of Business Intelligence, or Analytics in a Fortune 500 company.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise-wide data strategy, business intelligence, data governance, and AI technologies such as NLP, IoT, and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Bimodal IT, DevOps, Cloud App Deployment, API Management, and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; preferred industry experience in Healthcare, Banking, and Financial Services.
  • Location: Preferred candidates from the East Coast or Central U.S..

  • Base salary range of $164,800 USD - $192,000 USD, with additional performance-based bonuses.
