What You’ll Do:
As an Associate Director in the Digital Talent Organization (DTO) Practice, you’ll lead complex engagements to solve some of the toughest challenges in workforce transformation, IT strategy, and organizational design. Specifically, you will:

  • Advise the C-suite: Partner with senior executives to address human capital, workforce, and talent challenges in IT functions.
  • Redesign organizations: Lead efforts to reshape large, complex enterprises, leveraging methodologies like shared services, federated models, and product management frameworks.
  • Drive IT transformation: Apply expertise in IT processes, such as Agile, DevOps, and ITIL, to enable seamless integration of people, processes, and technology.
  • Lead change: Develop and execute enterprise-level strategies that ensure smooth implementation of IT initiatives and business transformation programs.
  • Inspire high-performing teams: Build and coach multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional value to Gartner’s clients across commercial and public sector organizations.

Who You Are:
You’re a seasoned professional with a passion for driving transformation. You bring:

  • Proven expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, and IT organizational change within complex environments like utilities, quasi-governmental organizations, or unionized settings.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and applying organizational design principles, workforce management strategies, and change management initiatives.
  • A track record of coaching senior executives and facilitating impactful change at the enterprise level.
  • Knowledge of best practices in IT processes and frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, Agile, and SDLC.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire technical and non-technical teams toward shared goals.
  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity, coupled with a talent for developing innovative solutions to client challenges.
  • An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred but not required.
