The Role: Responsible AI Engineer
We’re seeking passionate problem solvers who thrive at the intersection of technology and ethics. As a Responsible AI Engineer, you’ll develop state-of-the-art AI models while ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in every solution. Your Impact:
As a key member of the Responsible AI team, you’ll:
- Innovate responsibly: Design, build, and implement AI models and solutions that prioritize fairness, transparency, explainability, robustness, and privacy.
- Mitigate risks: Detect, evaluate, and address potential ethical risks in AI systems while crafting solutions to reduce them.
- Collaborate and inspire: Work alongside industry leaders, engaging clients in sales conversations and delivering best-in-class Responsible AI solutions.
- Optimize performance: Enhance AI systems for better outcomes while ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
- Shape the industry: Develop internal guidelines, technical training, and best practices for Responsible AI development.
- Stay ahead: Keep pace with emerging AI trends, regulations, and innovations to future-proof client solutions.
What You Bring:
- Technical expertise: At least 5 years of experience developing AI solutions using algorithms like regression, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision, as well as frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Cloud proficiency: 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Responsible AI experience: 2+ years addressing AI risks such as bias, fairness, and explainability using relevant tools.
- Strong foundations: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Soft skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and communication skills, along with a commitment to ethical AI development.
Bonus Points for:
- Knowledge of data and AI regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or RAG models).
- Industry-specific expertise (e.g., healthcare, financial services, or retail).
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Databricks).
- Responsible AI certifications (e.g., AIPP).
