Your Role:
As an AI Technical Architect, you’ll:
- Innovate GenAI Chat Solutions: Develop and optimize our GenAI chat platform, implementing end-to-end solutions to support cutting-edge use cases.
- Engineer Conversational AI: Create chatbot architectures for knowledge management and self-service, integrating APIs for tasks like validation and request completion.
- Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs): Build advanced solutions using LLMs, employing techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and optimizing performance for accuracy, latency, cost, and security.
- Design End-to-End Solutions: Work across enterprise systems—authentication, APIs, and databases—to create seamless, secure solutions.
- Collaborate and Deliver: Partner with stakeholders, tech leads, and Agile teams to bring innovative ideas to life while mentoring junior team members.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay on top of trends in AI/ML, ensuring our solutions are aligned with the latest advancements and best practices.
What You Bring:
- AI Expertise: Experience developing chatbot solutions and integrating LLMs with APIs.
- Architectural Know-How: A deep understanding of chatbot end-to-end design patterns, including trade-offs between latency, accuracy, cost, and security.
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure (AWS preferred).
- Coding Excellence: Advanced skills in Python, Node.js, or Java for developing robust, scalable solutions.
- LLM Fluency: Expertise in prompt engineering and familiarity with the strengths and limitations of various LLMs.
- Collaborative Mindset: Success working in Agile environments, partnering with cross-functional teams, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
