Your Role as an Application Analyst Associate
This is the perfect opportunity to grow your IT skills while supporting cutting-edge healthcare systems. You’ll be working hands-on with applications and systems that directly impact our patient care and operational excellence. With mentorship from experienced team members, you’ll contribute to improving application functionality, resolving issues, and enhancing user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build Expertise: Develop the skills necessary to support and maintain our services and systems while understanding their integration and interaction.
• Solve Problems: Monitor and resolve issues in our production queue, ensuring timely and effective resolutions in line with our Customer Service Level Agreements.
• Collaborate on Projects: Assist with tasks assigned by IS Managers or Senior Analysts, and contribute to project success through teamwork and innovation.
• Enhance Systems: Analyze user requests and contribute recommendations to improve application functionality and reliability for both current and future use.
• Support Quality Standards: Adhere to and enhance quality assurance protocols, systems development methodologies, and delivery processes.
• Develop Troubleshooting Skills: Build diagnostic expertise to address and resolve technical challenges across the NMHC distributed system environment.
• Be a Team Player: Participate in on-call rotations and provide support when needed.

What You Bring

• Required:
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT or a related field.
  • A passion for technology and problem-solving.
• Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • An eagerness to learn and grow within a healthcare-focused IT environment.
