What You’ll Do

Architect & Develop Solutions

  • Design and deliver custom Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions that meet business needs.
  • Lead end-to-end development with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Enhance call center operations using AI-enabled tools and technologies.
  • Build seamless integrations with systems such as Oracle ERP, Amazon Connect, and Payment Gateways.

Collaborate & Innovate

  • Partner with application owners, analysts, and architects to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Salesforce solutions for scalability and performance.
  • Participate in Agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Mentor & Guide

  • Provide technical leadership to junior developers, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality standards are upheld.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and technical specifications.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce features and recommend improvements to enhance the system.
  • Lead efforts to improve data integrity, quality, and system usage.

What You Bring

Experience and Expertise

  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years in Salesforce development.
  • Deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative tools, integration techniques, and AppExchange ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in AI-driven Salesforce Einstein analytics products.
  • Skilled in REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, and DevOps pipelines (Salesforce DX, Git, Copado).
  • Proficiency in web development (JavaScript, CSS/HTML, jQuery) and tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Jira.
  • Expertise in relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Salesforce certifications:
    • Certified Platform Developer II (Required)
    • Certified Administrator
    • Certified Force.com Developer
    • Certified Platform App Builder
