Your Mission

What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement AI strategies that align with organizational goals and healthcare innovation.
- AI Development & Deployment: Lead the creation and scaling of impactful AI solutions, including GenAI, for applications like claims processing, documentation automation, and customer support tools.
- Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and manage a top-tier team of AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to integrate AI technologies into existing systems while ensuring operational success.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure AI initiatives comply with healthcare standards such as HIPAA and CMS while prioritizing data security and ethical practices.
- Continuous Innovation: Monitor project performance, lead improvement efforts, and adapt to the evolving needs of clients and regulations.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to optimize workflows and processes.
What You Bring to the Table
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
- 15+ years of AI/ML experience, with at least 7 years in leadership roles implementing and scaling AI solutions.
- Proven success in delivering AI products in healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and integrating AI technologies into complex systems.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Exceptional communication skills to align AI initiatives with business priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience working with healthcare compliance regulations such as HIPAA and CMS.
