What You’ll Do

As an OCM Communications Lead, you’ll be at the heart of transformation, helping our clients transition from legacy systems to cutting-edge solutions. You’ll:

• Design Effective Communication Plans: Craft impactful messaging tailored to diverse stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to build trust and momentum during transitions.
• Create Innovative Assets: Develop communication materials such as newsletters, surveys, presentations, and more to energize and inform teams.
• Support Change Advocates: Partner with change networks to inspire action and foster collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mitigate Risks: Identify resistance points and develop strategies to address concerns, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate

Required Experience & Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in roles like OCM analyst, project manager, or business analyst, ideally with large-scale system implementations.
• At least 3 years of healthcare experience (bonus points for HHS/government consulting expertise).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders and achieve common goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience turning complex information into actionable plans and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in HHS or government consulting.
• Certified in Prosci, ACMP, or similar OCM methodologies.
• Proven success in leading training sessions and delivering engaging presentations.
• Expertise in solving challenges with creative, data-informed strategies.
