What You Will Do
As a Solution Architect in the ServiceNow HRSD space, you will lead the charge in creating high-impact solutions that directly contribute to your clients’ success. You will:
- Drive Business Outcomes: Develop innovative, high-quality HR solutions to meet complex business needs, ensuring every design is lean, sustainable, and impactful.
- Serve as a Technical Leader: Champion the technical integrity of HRSD solutions, creating architectural blueprints and integration plans that seamlessly align with business goals and standards.
- Hands-on Engineering: Blend your architectural expertise with hands-on design and configuration, working closely with the engineering team to solve complex technical challenges and ensure smooth production operations.
- Create Customer-Centric Solutions: Use rapid experimentation to deliver lean solutions that solve HR problems, ensuring they are built the right way, at the right time.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product management, security, experience teams, and more to develop well-rounded solutions that deliver maximum value for customers.
- Leverage Advanced Technical Proficiency: Bring your expertise in OOD/OOP, Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD to optimize solution delivery and drive continuous improvement.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit
Required Skills & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, particularly the HRSD module, implementing and optimizing solutions for global clients.
- ServiceNow Certifications: Implementation Specialist - HRSD and Certified System Administrator.
- Expertise in HR processes, workflows, and case management, as well as integration tools like REST, SOAP, and LDAP.
- Solid experience in platform performance, tuning, troubleshooting, and optimizing ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in cloud-native engineering with platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with modern engineering methodologies like DevSecOps, SAFe, and SRE.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s) in a relevant field.
- AI/ML and Generative AI experience to enhance HRSD solutions.
- Expertise in performance analytics, SQL, and data integration/migration using tools like SNOW Mirror, Perspectium, or MID Server Architecture.
- Experience with cloud architecture, FaaS, PaaS, and micro-services.
