Your Opportunity to Make an Impact
As the Data Enablement and Governance Lead, you’ll spearhead initiatives to ensure data accessibility, quality, security, and compliance across the organization. Working with IT, legal, compliance, and business units, you’ll act as the bridge connecting technical and business stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture that empowers decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Data Stewardship: Serve as the key liaison between departments, driving data governance frameworks and ensuring adherence to compliance standards like privacy and security.
- Enable Data Literacy: Train leaders and employees on data governance principles, cultivating a culture of data literacy and trust across the organization.
- Facilitate Collaboration: Organize and lead Data Council meetings, ensuring actionable follow-ups and alignment between stakeholders.
- Enhance Accessibility: Develop and maintain data catalogs, metadata repositories, and data dictionaries to ensure data accessibility and usability.
- Deliver Insights: Create metrics, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data governance effectiveness and insights to senior leaders.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage a team of data professionals, ensuring quality assurance and fostering professional growth.

Qualifications You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in data governance, management, or related fields.
- Expertise in data quality management, compliance, and stewardship.
- Proficiency in data governance tools (Informatica experience is a plus).
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
