Your Mission

At Lynntech, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Create your research vision: Drive groundbreaking projects by crafting and winning research grants through the SBIR program.
  • Collaborate with experts: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams of experienced researchers in engineering, biology, physics, chemistry, and computer science.
  • Innovate hands-on: Balance time between writing proposals and leading research in the lab as a Principal Investigator or Key Technical Personnel.

Your Expertise

We’re hiring at various experience levels. A Ph.D. or Master’s degree with research experience is preferred. If you’re driven by innovation, motivated to grow, and have a solid foundation in one or more of the following areas, we’d love to hear from you:

Optics & Photonics

  • Metamaterials, photonic crystals, quantum sensing, flat lens design, optical waveguides, microfabrication

Electronics & RF

  • Integrated circuit (IC) design, millimeter-wave, software-defined radio, electromagnetic shielding, antenna design

Sensors & Devices

  • Electro-optic, chemical, laser, and subsurface sensing; advanced imaging technologies

Advanced Materials

  • Spintronics, multifunctional composite materials, bandgap engineering, inorganic/organometallic materials

AI/ML

  • AI/ML applications in therapeutic discovery, diagnostics design, and optimization
