The Department of Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning (LAUP) at Texas A&M University invites dynamic and dedicated educators to apply for up to three (3) Lecturer positions, beginning August 1, 2024.

Your Role
As a Lecturer in LAUP, you will:
- Teach 3–4 classes per semester (Fall and Spring) in one or more of the following areas:
Digital Communications/Analytics
- Basic and Advanced Digital Tools: AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, GIS, Rhino, CityEngine, AI, etc.
- GIS Proficiency: ArcGIS, ArcUrban, CityEngine, and other cutting-edge platforms.
Design Studio/Construction Studio
- First- and second-year landscape architecture design studios.
- Advanced site engineering and construction courses tailored to landscape architecture.
Urban Growth and Policy
Urban Development: City growth, human settlement, and sustainable urbanization.
Planning Law: Navigating the legal frameworks shaping urban environments.
Contribute to departmental service, helping to further LAUP’s mission and fostering collaboration across disciplines.
