As part of our Data Operations team, you'll help improve the customer experience with Siri and other Apple services. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for language and technology, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
As an Annotation Analyst on the Data Operations team, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the Siri experience. You’ll be responsible for annotating both audio and visual data, evaluating customer interactions, and ensuring the highest quality standards. You’ll use your expertise in Canadian French to ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance in our products. Your analytical skills will help refine responses and ensure they meet Apple’s guidelines for excellence.
- Data Annotation: Annotate and evaluate a variety of customer data, including audio and visual content.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Leverage your knowledge of Canadian French language and culture to ensure that data is accurate and reflects regional variations.
- Evaluate & Improve: Use your analytical skills to assess customer interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work Flexibility: Enjoy a flexible schedule while working Monday through Friday with hours between 7 am - 9 am to 4 pm - 6 pm local time, depending on business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Canadian French fluency: Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills to support the Canadian market.
- Fluency in English: Able to read, write, and comprehend English well.
- Active Listening: Excellent listening skills to pick up on verbal nuances.
- Cultural Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Canadian French region and cultural variations.
- Integrity & Privacy: A strong focus on privacy and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer data.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Excellent at evaluating language use and dialect with a critical eye.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage large volumes of tasks.
- Tech-Savvy: Able to independently navigate systems and tools to execute tasks efficiently.
- Experience in Content Review: Prior experience in content evaluation, annotation, or testing is a plus.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing workflows and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
- Siri or AI Experience: Familiarity with Siri, Intelligent Personal Assistants, or other AI-based technologies.
- Timely Decision Making: Ability to work independently and make decisions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
