What You'll Do:

• Test System Design & Maintenance: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot test stands incorporating electrical, mechanical, and software elements, ensuring reliability for every mission.
• Hands-On Problem Solving: Respond quickly to emergent issues on the production floor, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to simplify designs and improve test stand performance, advocating for continuous improvements.
• Testing Excellence: Be hands-on with assembling wiring harnesses, circuit boards, and other components, ensuring the highest standards of quality in everything we produce.
• High-Impact Work: Help us deliver the most reliable and mission-critical hardware, ensuring safety and success in challenging environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Experience: Hands-on experience in a high-volume production setting with a focus on building wiring harnesses, assembling circuit boards, and troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Experience working on multidisciplinary hardware development projects (whether in internships, previous jobs, or personal projects).
• Ownership Mentality: A history of taking ownership of projects and driving exceptional outcomes in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Skills:

• Adaptability & Innovation: Demonstrated ability to innovate under pressure, meeting dynamic project demands and driving successful results.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $82,385 - $131,603 annually, based on experience and location.

• International Positions Include:
  • International premiums, hardship differential, cost of living differential, living quarters allowance, and relocation assistance.
• Temporary Positions: Hourly compensation within the listed range + temporary benefits package.
